As a valued customer, we want to inform you that we have identified and isolated a manufacturing issue with a limited production run of UPPAbaby VISTA Infant Car Seat Adapters for Peg Perego Primo Viaggio, SKU-0091. A combination of incorrect and forced installation by the user and plastic material that does not meet our quality standards may cause the molded plastic boss (peg) to break.

Due to our high quality standards, we would like to replace all UPPAbaby VISTA Infant Car Seat Adapters for Peg Perego Primo Viaggio 0091 adapters. Please contact our customer service team at (781) 413-3030 or contact@uppababy.com.

FOR G-SERIES STROLLERS PURCHASED BETWEEN
MARCH 1 – JULY 19, 2011

We value our customers and are committed to providing you with a stroller that meets our high quality standards.

As a valued customer, we want to inform you that we have identified and isolated an issue with an extremely small percentage of a limited production run of G-series strollers sold between March 2011 and July 2011. The G-LiTE and G-LUXE strollers affected begin with serial # DAC, DB4 or DB5. We have determined that the opening/closing mechanism in the rear of the stroller is not functioning properly, and in turn, not consistently staying open.

While there have been no reported injuries, due to our high quality standards, we would like to replace all strollers that could have potentially been affected. Please contact our customer service team at 888-770-7138 or at click here to register for a replacement if you have a G-series stroller that has a serial number beginning with DAC, DB4, or DB5. Our dedicated UPPAbaby customer service team will assist you in returning and replacing your G-LiTE and/or G-LUXE stroller with a new G-LiTE and/or G-LUXE stroller that meets our high quality standards.
