Bob - Owner and Product Development

Bob has spent more than a few years inventing and developing products for companies such as Ford, Reebok, The First Years and Safety First. Although he suffered some bangs and bruises along the way, we believe that his experience gives each stroller a well-rounded and robust spirit.

Lauren - Owner

In addition to battling 3 test subjects/temperamental models under 5 and running our test facility (ie: home), Lauren is often referred to as MOBI (Mitigator of Bad Ideas). Day in, day out, she provides a breath of sanity to Bob's sometimes impulsive decisions. She also uses her Reebok licensing experience to provide strategic and legal input.

Molly - Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Drawing on her magical combination of start-up sales experience, fashion sense and a pleasant entrepreneurial attitude, Molly directs the Sales & Marketing effort. She and her husband Al, are new parents to baby Brooke and can be found strolling the cobblestones of Marblehead, MA, in her bright orange VISTA!

Jessica - Marketing and Communications Manager

When she is not skiing with her husband Jamie in the Monashee Mountains (better than the Bugaboos) in Western Canada, Jess leads the marketing and communications effort. She does great party tricks and, unlike most of us, always remains pleasant and enthusiastic no matter how many times the copier jams.

Christina - Sales Operations Manager

When she’s not enjoying her boat on the waters of Scituate, MA, Christina helps keep our office running smoothly.  She has the largest desk you’ve ever seen and it is still not big enough.  She handles orders, customer service and all things financial.  With three cats and a love for NASCAR, Christina is accustomed to a little chaos, but finds respite working in her garden, the summertime, a good BBQ, and watching the Patriots.

Trung - Design Lead

In addition to being an award winning Product Designer, Trung brings an extensive design resume, working for companies such as Burton and OXO. Educated in California, Trung brings a cool, west coast style to all of our products and fashions.

Mike - Director of Product Development

Mike is a true renaissance man.  He can draw, invent, and engineer just about anything.  He has patented bug-zappers, engineered battery powered cars, and even designed some local highways!  He has the best moustache in the county and is a true leader in marginally acceptable office jokes.

Mica, Ketchum and Louie- UPPAbaby Mascots and Test Labs

It's no secret that these Labrador Retrievers (2 yellows and a black) keep us going! When they're not wrestling, eating or napping, they provide ongoing support and encouragement for all our hard work and endeavors here at UPPAbaby.
